By placing an order on phoom.co you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you'll be refunded in full within 5–10 business days.

Presale

Presale orders are paid up-front and shipped after production of the current batch finishes — currently within 4–6 weeks of the presale closing. Estimated dates are our best forecast, not a contractual delivery date. You can cancel any presale order for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Product use

Phoom is a cosmetic skincare product for external use only. Patch-test before first use if you have sensitive skin. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience irritation. Phoom is not a medicine and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Pricing & currency

Prices are shown in AUD unless otherwise noted, and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Your card issuer performs any currency conversion.

Intellectual property

All content on phoom.co — brand name, logo, art, copy, and photography — is owned by Phoom or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. This does not exclude or limit any consumer guarantees you have under law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
