Phoom ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have. It applies to phoom.co and any checkout hosted on our behalf by Shopify.

What we collect

• Order information — name, shipping address, email, phone number, and order contents.
• Payment information — processed directly by Shopify Payments and, where selected, Shop Pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Communications — messages you send to info@phoom.co or via Instagram DM.
• Site analytics — anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type, referrer) to understand what's working and fix what isn't.

Why we use it

• To fulfil and ship your order and provide customer support.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates).
• To send marketing emails only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time from the footer of any marketing email.
• To improve the site and product based on aggregated analytics.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum required with: Shopify (checkout, order management), our shipping carrier (delivery), and our email provider (order + marketing emails). We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we're legally required to keep, such as invoices). Email info@phoom.co.
